On-site Childcare at The Studio Crossville

The Studio Crossville offers convenient on-site childcare to support caregivers while participating in classes, gym time, social time, & more! Our childcare services are designed to be safe, supervised, and engaging so you can focus on your activities with confidence.

Hours and Availability

• Childcare is available from 7:30AM - 7:30PM Monday - Friday and during select hours on Saturdays & Sundays

• Reservations are recommended and required for most sessions to ensure appropriate staffing and space.
  

Ages Accepted

• We provide care for children ages 8 weeks through 12 years. All children must arrive with feeding, diapering, & napping needs for their scheduled time.
  

Staffing and Safety

• Care is provided by trained, background-checked childcare professionals experienced in early childhood supervision. Assistants or volunteers may be present depending on staffing needs.

• All caregivers are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR.

• The childcare area is monitored and secured; only authorized adults may drop off or pick up children.
  

Environment and Activities

• Child-friendly spaces include soft play areas, age-appropriate toys, books, art materials, and quiet zones for resting. View our daily schedule below!

• Activities are planned to be developmentally appropriate: sensory play for infants, guided crafts and storytime for toddlers and preschoolers, and supervised group activities for older children.

• Screen time is limited and used selectively; we prioritize hands-on, creative play.
  

Health and Special Needs

• Children with minor medical needs (medication administration, allergy management) can be accommodated with prior notice and a signed authorization form.

• Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special needs when registering so staff can prepare and provide appropriate care.

• Children who are ill (fever, vomiting, contagious conditions) must stay home to protect other children and staff. Children must be fever/symptom-free for 24 hours before participating in childcare.
  

Check-In / Check-Out

• Upon arrival, guardians must complete a brief registration form and provide emergency contact information. This information will be kept on-file for reference as needed.

• Children will be released only to authorized adults who present photo ID at check-out.
